He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Pugh and Bessie Pugh (Owens); his significant other Garnet Pugh; and his siblings, Delbert Pugh, Zach Pugh, Pat Pugh, Faye Smith and Marie Gauker.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Humphrey (Bobby) and Robert Alan Pugh (Donna); his grandchildren, Hannah Hibbets (David), Brooke Craft (Austin) and Kirsten Ayers; his great grandchildren, Clayton and Delilah Mae; and his siblings, William Thomas Pugh (Cecil Pugh) and Della McCombs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
