She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Merrill and Clasena Merrill; her husband Richard Mears; and her brothers, Lyle Merrill and Wayne Merrill.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Mears (Barbara) of Lincoln and Barbara Dolliver (Steve) of Grand Island, Florida. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
