She is survived by: her husband Donald John Basta; her children, Robert Thompson (Karen), Kathy Thompson, Peter Thompson (Sabrina), Paul Basta, Aaron Basta (Sarah) and MiYoung Tomko (Paul); her mother Joan Sutton Shive; and her siblings, Michael Shive (Betty), Linda Fensler and Sandy Thomas (Keith). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
