She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaston B. Hill and Beulah Bullock Hill; and her husband Jack Clinton Howell Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Clinton Howell (Lorelie), Tim Howell (Jana), Lucy Fontenot (Johnny Ray) and Gary Howell (Christy); her grandchildren, Clint Howell (Lenise), Derek Howell (April), Sheresa Howell, Michael Gossett, April Howell, Sara Hall (Ryan Smith), Wyatt Howell (Anna-Lisa), Autumn Cruzado (Luis), Mikayla Russ (Ethan), Mitchel Fontenot (Micah), Tyler Howell (Mckenzie), Judah Howell (Courtney) and Charis Rosado (Yarian); her sisters, Faye Livingston, Pat Lancaster and Lenora Vismor; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Morgan and Barbara Matthews. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missions Fund at Sneads Assembly of God Church or El Bethel Assembly of God Church.
