He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Weeks and Jacqueline "Jackie" Weeks. He is survived by: his siblings, John P. Weeks (Melynn), Joseph M. Weeks (Jackie) and Janice L. Weber (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
