He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Handy Miller, Colleen Sicina (Hal Utley), Catherine Jarrell and Kate Fairleigh; and his siblings, Judith Lafferty Minton of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Harold Jarrell of Radcliff, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
