He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Christina Cosat (Chris), Angela Mikell, Amanda Polk (Chris) and Valerie Yackel (Rob); and his brother Terry (Anna). He is also survived by his girls, in addition to 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
