He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Michelle Haak (Jeff), Renee Bach (Jody), Danielle Boston (Joe) and Jennifer Timberlake (John); and his grandchildren, Colby, Jesse, Joshua, Lexi, Rachel and Sarah. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
