He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Leonard Weigel and Louise Weigel. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Unger; his children, Lori Gee (Bruce) and David Weigel (Meg); his grandchildren, Kristin, Kyle Gee, Emma Coyle (Matt), Sarah and Gwyn Weigel; his great grandchildren, Braylen, Brady and Sophie; and his sister Barb Schultz.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Penney Memorial Church (4465 Poling Blvd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32079).
