He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Elizabeth's Church; his children, Robert Ruiz (Sheri) of Sarasota, FL, Edward Ruiz (Michelle) of Rochester, MI and Donna Urbain (Peter) of Western Springs, IL.; his grandchildren, Caitlin Powers (Brian), Jessica Czmer (Jake), Kevin Urbain (Rachel), Charles Ruiz (Madeleine), Calvin and Casey Kreuser; and his great grandchild Evelyn Marie Powers.
