She was predeceased by: her father Pedro Polischuk. She is survived by: her mother Rosa Polischuk; her husband Chris; her daughters, Danielle, Stephanie and Nicole (David Jaruchik); her grandson Lucas; and her sister Roxanne.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bethel Assembly of God (4320 S Congress Ave, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461).
