He is survived by: his wife Sonia Parra Rincon; his children, Kenia Mastrapa Parra (Richard) and Luis Mastrapa Parra (Maria); his grandchildren, Lisset, Angie and Camilla; and his great grandchild Ian.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tillman Funeral Home and Crematory (2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415).
