He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Orlando Alvarez (Linda), Arleen Eutin (Jeff) and Nancy Miller (Chris); his grandchildren, Genie Alvarez, Jamie Alvarez, Alexie Ramos, Joey Alvarez, Alyssa Sharpe (Tyler), Sebastian Alvarez, Benjamin Miller and Julia Miller; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Mogollon, Alyvia Sharpe and Alesia Sharpe.
