She is survived by: her children, Tisher Akins of Greensboro, FL, Ronnie Akins (Betty) of Gretna, FL, Cynthia Akins-Gee of Greensboro, FL, Damon Akins (Jennifer) of Tallahassee, FL and Jerry Akins (Debra) of Quincy, FL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
