She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Belle Stanley (Morgan "Sonny" Harris) and Elzie J. Thigpen; her daughter Sonya Morris; her great grandchild Dakota Hagan; and her brothers, Claude Henry Thigpen, Lark Thigpen and Elzie L. Thigpen.
She is survived by: her spouse Morgan "Sonny" Harris; her son Jeff; her daughter-in-law Pam Harris of Monticello; her granddaughters, Jasmine Land Hagan and Kailee Morris Jenkins (Jantz); and her sister-in-law Carleen Taff Thigpen.
