She is survived by: her sons, Connice West III of Tallahassee, Cornelius West of Tallahassee and David Hale of Gretna, Florida; and her siblings, Mary Whitfield of Tallahassee, Sharon Moye of Quincy, Linda Francis of Quincy, Shirley Thomas of Jacksonville, Gwendolyn Johnson of Tallahassee, Florida, Ed Turner of Maryland and Pierre Turner of Gretna, Florida. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bradwell Mortuary (18300 Blue Star Hwy, Quincy, FL 32351). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Bradwell Memorial Chapel (18300 Blue Star Hwy, Quincy, FL 32351).
