He is survived by: his parents, Gary Kelly and Anita Kelly of Gulf Breeze, Florida.; his grandparents, Reverend David and Annie Lang of Gulf Breeze, Florida; his fiancé Marti Pennewell of Gulf Breeze; his siblings, Cynthia Williams of Fort Walton Beach, Anthony Kelly of Gulf Breeze, Sarina Chastain (Tyler Chastain) of Pensacola, Florida, Ceirra Kelly of Gulf Breeze and Gracelyn Kelly of Gulf Breeze; and his nephew Apollo Chastain of Pensacola.
