He is survived by: his wife Yolanda A. Claud; his brother Benedicto Claud; his children, Kimberly Claud Haaren (William 'JB'), Benjielyn, Jeremy Claud, Ruben and Benjamin Jr.; and his grandchildren, Ben and Hope. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
