He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Bonnie Mae Hyman (Burkhalter); his wife Deborah Lynn Hyman (Gonzalez); his daughters, Tracey Lynn Hyman-Montee (Matthew Montee), Sarah Paige Hyman and Hayley Doil Hyman; his brother Kelley Gene Hyman; his father Billy Doil Hyman; and his grandparents, Willie Mae Davis Burkhalter, Eunice Hyman, William Clarence Burkhalter Sr. and William Theron Hyman. He was also cherished by aunts, cousins, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one of the following of Casey's favorite charities: Wounded Warrior Project, ASPCA, or MD Anderson Cancer Center for research.
