He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Casey and Betty Casey; his wife Celia Austin Casey; his children, Chris Casey (Michelle), Kathy Suto (John), Lara Casey Isaacson (Ari) and Stephen Casey; his grandchildren, Sarah Casey, Peter Casey (Autumn), Grace, Joshua and Sarah Isaacson; and his brother-in-law Dr. Mitchell Austin (Julene).
His experience in medicine took him across the world – from serving villages in Vietnam to performing surgery with the International Eye Foundation in Tunisia.
