He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Guellermo Naranjo and Maria Juana Marquez Naranjo. He is survived by: his wife Kuniko "Kathy" Naranjo; his children, Kenneth Naranjo (Jean) and Karen Naranjo Poole (Gary); his grandchildren, Jennifer "June" Poole and Geoffrey Poole (Rachael); and his great grandchildren, Adeline and Fletcher.
