She is survived by: her sons, William Hodge Hermann III and Austin Edward Hermann; her siblings, Lisa, Michael (Cincinnati) and Stephen (Chillicothe); her nieces and nephews, Leighanne, Matt, Katie, Sarah, Amanda, John and Joseph; her great-nieces, Caroline, Amelia and Harper; and her former husband Timothy Carr.
