He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Collins and Mabel Jorgensen Collins. He is survived by: his wife Verna Collins; his daughter Rita Collins Muckey; his son-in-law Rick Muckey of Gulf Breeze, Florida.; his grandchildren, Joshua, Mary Beth Muckey of Ft Riley Kansas, Matthew Muckey of Ft Riley Kansas, Sarah and Ryan Ferro of Pleasant Hill, Missouri.; his great grandchildren, Troy and Colton Muckey; and his sister Betty (Rich Rauhaus).
