She was predeceased by: her partner Kay Fretland. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Eubanks of Gulf Breeze, Florida; her grandson Shane Eubanks (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Conner Nash Eubanks and Quincy Lillian Eubanks.
