She was predeceased by: her parent Miller John Mattingly; her husbands, James Charles Lewis and George John Wiggington; her children, Steven Robert Lewis and Donna Charlene Lewis Lucero; her grandson Charles Cody Lucero; her siblings, Jerome Miller Mattingly, John Patrick Mattingly, Dorothy Lucille Simpson (Mattingly) and Lilly Mae Hall (Mattingly); and her mother Arbor Day Foundation (HighPoint Church).
She is survived by: her children, John Hartley Lewis (Sarah), Joseph Clifton Wiggington (Tanya) and Hazel Marie Wiggington Budzowski (David); her grandchildren, Shelly Lewis Jones, William Von Strange III, Ryan Christopher Lewis, Corey Michael Lewis, Charlene Sherie Jagoe, Jessica Anne Lewis, Michael Joseph Wiggington, Jonathan Edward Lewis, Caitlin Dawn Wiggington, Michael Lucero, Samantha Budzowski and Dylan Budzowski; and her great grandchildren, Gretta, Juliet, Mckinley, Kennedy, Noelle, Barrett, Todd, JaMichael, Shalee, Cody, Deezura, Christian of Micah, CJ, Aria and Aleric. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
