She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Horak and Elaine Horak; her daughter Deborah M. Cromwell; and her great grandchild Taryn R. Newland. She is survived by: her husband James Nolan of Gulf Breeze; her children, Kevin M. Cromwell of Pensacola, Susan L. Slaton (Robert) of McDonough and Georgia; and her siblings, Russell Oakes of Syracuse and Bernard Horak, Jr. of Yucipa. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
