She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Mills and Irma Dewberry Mills; her husband John C. McLendon; her siblings, Archie, Bill Mills, Bobbie Sims and Janie Solomon; her sister-in-law Betty Elmore; and her nephew John Elmore.
She is survived by: her children, Bob McLendon (Lisa) of Panama City, FL, Doug McLendon (Janet) of Sanford, FL, Jan Pacenta (Bob) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Chuck McLendon (Joan) of New Symrna Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Betsy Weber (David), Molly McLendon, John McLendon (Sara), Taylor Pacenta, Carly McLendon, Chase McLendon, Katelyn McLendon, Matt Pacenta and Lauren McLendon; her great grandchildren, Ansley Weber and Cade Weber; her brother Harry Mills (Sunny); and her brother-in-law Lowell Elmore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, Building Fund.
