He was predeceased by: his father James L. Lively; his brothers, Stan and Stephen Lively; his uncle Bud Crowson; and his aunt Bobbie Scruggs.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Lively; his wife Ginny; his children, Ben (Hailie) and Emily (Jay); his niece Sydney Hooten (Jonah); his aunt Susan Yeatts; his sister-in-law Wendy Vickrey (Larry); his niece Jenifer Brusa (Tristen); and his brother-in-law Chuck Knight (Debbie).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Paradise Bar and Grill (21 Via De Luna Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561).
