He was predeceased by: his parents, John Park and Mary Park; and his children, Jill Park and Robert Park. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Kay Vardaman (David) and Jay Constant (Pam); his grandchildren, Melody Shideler (Austin), Emily Gray, Margo Constant, Adam Vardaman and Tyler Constant; and his great grandchildren, Jalynn, Katelin Gann, Anderson Shideler and Weston Gray. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
