She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Hord and Robert Smith; her siblings, Margaret Royster (Smith), Helen Royster (Smith), Edward Smith and Dorothy Ewell (Smith); and her grandson Gary Wayne Thornton (GW).
She is survived by: her children, Betty Moller (Chris), Tina Dilts (Kent) and Jay Adams, Jr. (Sandy); her grandchildren, Angela Naginey (Brian), Michele McDonald (Brian) of Christopher Moller, JR, Hollie Thornton, John Adams, III, Timothy Dilts (Aubrey), Michael Adams and Shelby Adams; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Thornton, Aidan McDonald, Ethan Naginey, Emma McDonald, Serenity Adams, Abigail Dilts and Sarah Dilts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Lucille's name to Good Shepard Lutheran Church, Gulf Breeze.
