He is survived by: his wife Vickie Butler; his sons, Michael Reynolds (Christina) and Evan Butler; his grandchildren, Megan Reynolds and Justin Reynolds; his stepmother Betty Ann Butler; his brother David Butler (Mary); his nibling Whitney Kirk (Michael); his sister Dixie Cox (Stan); his nephew Chance Cox; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
