He was predeceased by: his father William Elwood Millican; Effie Gertrude Millican. He is survived by: his wife Irene Millican; his sons, Scott Millican (Heather) and John Millican (Megan); his grandsons, Gabriel, Michael, Henry, John-John, Connell and Graham; and his brothers, Wayne Millican (Jean), Keith Millican and Renn Millican (Carolyn).
