It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Prainito in Hallandale Beach, Florida, born in Long Island City, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Mary Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mary Ann. Though Mary Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her sons, Matthew (Lisa) and Michael; her daughter-in-law Carol; her daughter Maureen; her grandchildren, Matthew Simon, Michael Joseph, Nicole and Lauren Marie; her great grandchild Lennox; her brother Eugene (Marge); and her nephews, Eugene and Chris.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (344 US-9, Englishtown, NJ 07726). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (186 Gordons Corner Rd, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726).
