He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Henry and Margaret Burns. He is survived by : his wife Deloris Hughes; his children, James Curtis Hughes Jr., Tanequa Harrell of Syracuse and Ahmad Kendrick; his sister-in-law Jurial Williams; and his nieces, Audrey Collins, Denise Collins and Jasmine Sanders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
