He is survived by: his wife Judy Watts; his children, Holly Weaver, Paul Watts II and Cynthia Watts-Skinner (Frank Skinner); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Joseph, Victoria, Evangelina, Alexander and Paul; his great grandchildren, Richard and Sophia; and his brother Jerome Watts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
