She is survived by: her significant other Mike Moore of Havana; her brother Warren Smetana (Jeanne) of Eagle Lake, Wisconsin; her children, Guy Moore (Penny) of Bainbridge, Jeremy Moore of Acworth, GA and Emily White of Tallahassee; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Moore (Aislynn), Brittany Kennedy (Ryan), Dustin Moore (Lacey), Troy White and Cain White; and her great grandchildren, Everleigh, Drew, Hatley, Hudson and Rowan.
