It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Juanita J. Smith of Hawthorne, Florida, who passed away on July 11, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her sons, John William Smith and Edward Thomas Smith; and her former life partner Jeffrey John Smith. She is survived by : her children, Kara Seifridsberger (Curt) of Wynantskill, NY and Scotti Fisher (Derek) of Hawthorne, FL.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Seifridsberger, Kiersten Smith, Christopher, Carson, Camden, Caelan and Carter Fisher; and her great grandchildren, Maddyn and Owen Sisco.

Before she passed, Juanita decided to donate her body to medical research.
