Ola Mae Bryant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ola Mae Bryant (Hawthorne, Florida), who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolly Slater and James Hart, Sr.; and her siblings, Clarence Slater, James Hart, Burnis Brown, Eddie Lee Martin and Eartha Mae James.
She is survived by: her son Willie Nelson (Michelle); her foster son Derrick Jackson; her godson Jarvis Manning; and her aunt Emma Nichols. She is also survived by nine nephews, six nieces, many great nephews and nieces; and a host of cousins and sorrowing friends.
Later she began working as a Foster Grandparent at the following daycares and schools: Waldo Day Care Center, Loften Day Care, Pumpkin Patch Day Care, Chester Shell Elementary School and Lake Forest Elementary School until the pandemic and they were closed and her health failed.
