She is survived by: her son Shawn Carver of Hawthorne, Florida; her stepdaughter Holly Henderson of Fernandina Beach, Florida; her brother Thomas Giuffrida of St. Petersburg, Florida; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Carver of Belleview, Kalee Hoff of Reddick and Garrett Henderson of Ferdandina Beach, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Brantley Bangart of Belleview, Damian Martinez of Belleview, Linda Martinez of Belleview and Oscar Martinez of Belleview, Florida..

Patricia donated many charities including the Shrines Hospital, Breast Cancer Society, American Heart Association and St. Jude Children's Hospital. In lieu of flowers and in memory of her, she requested to please consider a donation to one of the above charities that Patricia valued.
