She was predeceased by: her son Donald Feltner; her parents, Dervin Lagouy and Sandra Poore; and her stepfather Ben Poore. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Feltner, Sr.; her son Cecil Jr.; her daughter-in-law Casey Feltner; and her daughter Frances Feltner. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
