As Janet departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janet leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her children, Colin and Jocelyn (Jeff). She is survived by: her husband Allen J. Foster; her sons, Allen Foster III (Tara) and Joel Foster (Lysha); and her siblings, Betty Creitz, Joyce Cook and Roland Campbell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
