He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Hoffman Shreckengost; and his grandparents, Harold, Geneva Hoffman, Filmer and Pauline Shreckengost.
He is survived by: his father Dale Shreckengost; his children, Jake McAlexander, Courtney Shreckengost Steadman (William) and Dale Shreckengost, Jr.; and his sisters, LeeAnn Hinderliter and Aimee Rheaume. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
