With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frederick C Ohsiek (Hernando, Florida), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ohsiek and Marion Ohsiek; and his brother John H. Ohsiek Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Reinsch; his children, Carol Mattison (Blaine), Frederick "Rick" (Jody) and Peter; his grandchildren, Katie, Caroline, Colin Mattison, Drew and Noah Ohsiek; and his sister-in-law Elsa Ohsiek.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (439 E Norvell Bryant Hwy, Hernando, FL 34442). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ELCA Southeastern Synod AFFIRM Capital Campaign (PO Box 400, Decatur, GA 30031), a ministry for youth which has been served by three generations of the Ohsiek family.
