As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Frances Wren. He is survived by: his close friend Denise Taylor; his children, Megan Chalifoux (Jeff) and Jim Wren (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Celine, Dash and Merritt.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Platte City Cemetery (101 N 4 St, Platte City, MO 64079).
