He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Hagans and Betty Hagans; and his sister Leigh Hagans. He is survived by : his siblings, Christopher Hagans of Knoxville, TN, Timothy Hagans, Jonathan Hagans of Bellview, FL., Cameron Hagans and Michelle Hagans of Bellview, FL.; and his aunt Jill Roberts (Larry) of Wauchula, FL.. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center Activities Center in Michael's honor at 124 West Norvall Bryant Highway Hernando, FL 34442 (352) 249-3100.
