He was predeceased by : his son William; and his wife Wanda June. He is survived by : his son Lane Bloomer of Hernando, Florida; his daughter-in-law Dorene Bloomer of Hernando, Florida; and his sister Audrey Harper of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
