With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lady Mantecon of Hialeah, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Torres and Eloisa Torres; and her spouse Nicanor "Macho" Mantecon. She is survived by: her children, Marta, Teresa, Mercedes, Antonio and Lourdes; her grandchildren, Lazaro, Anthony, Jessica, Charles and Janelle; her great grandchildren, Rocco, Lila, Zachary and Penelope; her brother Guillermo; her sister-in-law Antonieta; her goddaughter Annette; her niece Patricia; and her sister-in-law Teresa (Mario).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 1:15 PM at the Vista Funeral Home (14200 NW 57th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Vista Memorial Gardens (14200 NW 57th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014).
She also made a profound impact through her charitable spirit, generously donating not only material items but also her time to the non-profit organization.
