She was predeceased by: her parents, Eliodoro Diaz and Angelica Diaz; and her husband Federico Rodriguez. She is survived by: her brother Hector Diaz (Lourdes); her children, Juan (Teresa), Susie and Manny; her grandchildren, Thomas (Jenna), Alex (Carissa), John, Michael and Jasmine; and her great grandchildren, Lizzy and Jett.

Rosalba endured several years battling dementia and Alzheimer's. Throughout this time, she was lovingly cared for by her devoted daughter, Susie.
