He is survived by: his great-uncle Robert; his wife Jane Rodriguez; his daughters, Kate (Tony) of Tampa, Jennifer (Shawn) of Panama City and Gena of St. Augustine; his grandchildren, Paul, Kylie (Justin), Jordan, MacKenzie, Mickey and Toby; his great grandchildren, Carmelo and Slater; his siblings, Raul Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez (Cindy), Lalo Rodriguez (Lille), Hortencia "Tencha" Ochoa and Gloria Rodriguez of Okeechobee; and his pets, Trippy, Colossus, Venus, Shepherd and Rufus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Shortly after contracting Covid in 2020 before vaccinations were available, Noe was diagnosed with kidney disease.
