It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lisa M. Scavone of Highland Beach, Florida, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Manalio and Dorothy Manalio; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Scavone. She is survived by : her husband Stephen M. Scavone of Highland Beach, FL; and her sisters, Susan Manalio of Ringwood, NJ and Maria Ferguson (Doug) of Binghamton, NY.. She is also survived by five brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's RC Church (340 N Franklin Tpke, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ 07423). A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the St. Luke's Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Lisa's memory may be made to St. Jude Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
